The success of our training program will depend on you, and your commitment to achieving results for yourself. We do not offer or provide any guarantee that you will make more money, or see any results or growth within your wedding business as a direct result from our coaching, training, design work or any other service offered by Wedding Academy. We know that each and every member will experience different results based on their own individual mindset, capability, determination, drive, commitment to implement, business type, brand, positioning, location and many many other factors relating to their own individual circumstance. We can only provide you true and real life examples of results achieved within our own business AND from our past graduates who have excelled beyond their what they imagined, as a result from completing our training. Your outcome will be a direct result of your actions.

Payment Schedules

Now that you have made the decision to join the Wedding Entrepreneur Academy’s training you are committed to the program in it’s entirety and to the financial payments associated. Should you miss a payment, you will need to bring this into balance before the next session or your session will not commence. Should you fall behind, and miss a session, no extra training or “catch up session” will be offered.

Should you have an issue with your payments, it is your responsibility to let us know. You payments are automatically set to come out every 30 days, so please ensure you have the available funds in your account to avoid disruption of your learning.

Please write in your calendar every 30 days your payment is due and set reminders to avoid missing a payment.

Media Release

As a student of WEA you give permission for us to take photographs and video of you during your training sessions for use on our facebook page, website and other advertising mediums as well as permission to use your business as an example to other future students considering the program or coaching.

Client Responsibilities

You promise to give 100% commitment to the success of the program and promise to participate at a level 10, so that fellow members can experience your energy, enthusiasm and knowledge of the wedding industry.

The culture of the WEA is to promote and encourage all members with constructive honest feedback and participation. Privacy of all members must be respected at all times.

You promise to complete all activities and homework set out as an essential part of our training if applicable, so that you receive the full benefits, therefore see results. At no time are you permitted to copy, share, sell, or reproduce any of the content covered within the WEA training or programs.

As a member of the WEA programs you understand that the information shared, documents and other given material are solely for yourself, for use only within your own business as a paid member of the program. At no time may you share your paid content with another member of the industry  or outside of the wedding industry who is NOT a paid member of WEA.

We consider this stealing, and action may be taken against you.

Coaching Refund Policy

Wedding Entrepreneurs Academy does not offer refunds of any kind for coaching services. Your sessions are with Kim McGann how holds certification in several forms of coaching and training. Your outcomes will be determined by many factors, outside of her direct influence.

OnLine Program Refund Policy

Once your training is confirmed and you have made your first payment, you are committed to completing your payments at the agreed terms. Should you be unable to make dates of training, you are able to postpone your training to another time, however no refunds will be given.

Should you feel the training is not working for you after your first session, you can cancel your training and obtain a full refund.

Should you apply for a refund after the online Get More Brides Business School training, you have 30 days to do so. You must supply a complete workbook with all exercises done, showing that you have sufficiently competed the training course.

 Design Work

Design work completed by Wedding Entrepreneurs Academy does not guarantee that our brand work alone will make any significant change to your overall business. The success of our design work will depend on you, and your commitment to achieving results for yourself. We do not offer or provide any guarantee that you will make more money, or see any results or growth within your wedding business as a direct result from our  design work or any other service offered by Wedding  Entrepreneurs Academy. We know that each and every member will experience different results based on their own individual mindset, capability, determination, drive, commitment to implement, business type, brand, positioning, location and many many other factors relating to their own individual circumstance.  Your outcome will be a direct result of your actions.

Design work requires 50% paid in full at the start of the project and 50% paid before final files are released. Design changes are limited to 2 rounds of changes, and changes must be advised within 1 -2 working days to keep our guideline of work completed in a 3 week period with your designers.

Design work includes 1 consultation for us to get a clear understanding of your brand, and business concept.

You understand that brand also comes down to personal taste among other factors  and Wedding Entrepreneurs Academy may not be able to provide you with a Brand that you are IN LOVE with. There are no guarantees here.

You will be supplied with final files in PDF format, a style guide. All printing and use of your logo and marketing material will require you sourcing your own printer.

All images must be provided must be owned by you or you have permission to use them. They must in high resolution digital format. Any additional stock photos required if you don’t have many of your own high quality images will be charged on top of your design fee.

Copy writing, Wedding Entrepreneurs Academy makes no guarantee that the words used in your copy writing such as headlines, calls to action, package names, guarantee names etc are solely reserved for you, and your business only.

Love Letters

We love to show off our clients and share their success, so we reserve the right, unless you specify otherwise to display your work on the Wedding Entrepreneurs Academy website ad Facebook page. This also get you some love an attention within the industry.
